Update: 12-14 yr old drivers will be allowed to race in this event.. Parents will need to provide proof of age,(birth certificate) proof of family owned medical insurance (Insurance card) along with a notorized letter stating that you do carry health insurance on your minor driver. You do not need to show proof of insurance at the Feb 6th Test and Tune day, only on race day Feb 27th.
